Charge 5 screen acting odd

My Fitbit screen went blank despite having a lot of charge on it. When I tried to charge it, the screen stayed blank. I did a restart using the charger button and now it keeps alternating between the main screen and the Fitbit logo. It also keeps connecting and disconnecting from the Bluetooth. I am in the middle of a work step challenge so need to sort it out quickly!

Hi, @Dawn0227 , have you tried changing your clock face?  Sometimes this fixes screen issues, although it can also be helpful to try the restart procedure a couple of times.  

Changing the clock face is done in the app.  The instructions are here .  That’s worth a try!  Let us know if this helps.  And welcome to the Community Forums!
