My Charge 5 screen just stopped working the other day. I could still feel vibrations on my arm, but the screen was black and unresponsive to my taps. I've tried to reset it using the button on the charging cable. It vibrates with each press of the button, but it does not turn on. It also got very HOT while on the charging cable so I didn't leave it on for long. I'm unsure what's going on or how to resolve the issue. Help!

I'm having exactly the same problem. The screen stopped working 2- 3 days ago. No data is being uploaded either. The only time the screen responds is when I reset it using the button on the charging cable. It then immediately goes off again.

Same for me! I tried the reset (push button 3 times). I can feel the vibrations but nothing happens on the screen.
