About two weeks ago my Charge 5 (which is the replacement Charge 5 after the last update crashed my first one) screen went blank and started vibrating constantly with the logo appearing in between rounds of the vibrating. After a little while the screen went blank and the logo stopped appearing. When I put it on its charger it does nothing. When I try the restart procedure the logo briefly appears and then nothing. I tried disconnecting the watch from my phone and when I try reconnecting it the app finds the watch but the four digit code never appears on my watch. It’s just blank. It doesn’t show the charging percentage either. I am so sad that this happened again. All the data it provided helped motivate me to stay moving and get enough sleep. Has anyone figured out why this is happening and what to do to get the watch functional again?
