Anybody have this happen to them and if so, how did you fix it? My Fitbit is only 8 months old. It's still tracking into my app but I cannot see the screen. I did a restart of the device and charged it all the way up. There is no physical damage to the Fitbit and I do not recall hitting it off of anything. I just looked down to check the time and it was like this.

Hi there, @JT2517. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Charge 5 and the image attached.
To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

You are not alone. This happened to my Charge 5 a year ago. Fitbit replaced with a new device since it was still under warranty. Now the screen on replacement has also gone bad.

What a bummer. Nothing seems to work to correct this. I have not had this device long enough to have to replace it already. I am even paying for a premium subscription. I guess Fitbit doesn't want my business.
