Charge 5 screen doesn't work if you perspire

I hav a charge 5 and it is made for exercise, But if I perspire a bit then the screen goes black and doesn't work .. Never buying a fitbit product again

Thank you for sharing the information about the difficulty that you are experiencing with your Charge 5.

It seems unusual that your device turns blank after you perspire. I suspect this might be happening due to a different underlying issue.

Have you tried performing a restart?
