Charge 5 screen fell off

I have had my Fitbit charge 5 for less than a year. Today I was home just staring dinner and my face popped off and was hanging down, I tried putting it back but it won’t stay. Anyone else have this problem?

try getting with customer support. There are no repairs for these devices.
