Charge 5 screen freezes when I swipe it

Hello, I received my charge 5 yesterday and every time I swipe through the options it freezes, I wait until it times out and then try again. I have tried the reset 3 times but it is still not working. Any suggestions please, it's so disappointing!

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

@BrightonAW try restarting your Charge 5 using your charging cable. See the instructions @ https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm
