I took a shower with my charge 5 and after I charged it and a few minutes later the screen froze theres like steam under the heartbeat sensor area

Hi @random345 while these devices might be water resistant, they are best left on the charger while we're showering. Do not charge your device until you've tried getting all the moisture out of it or your battery will fry. A bowl of dry rice works well to get the moisture out. Those silicon packets used to restore wet cellphones works well too. One member of the forums used a hair dryer to complete the process. Sometimes the Fitbit will bounce back and other times it won't. Hope you're able to get yours going again.
