After charging and wear for a half a day I will get a black screen with a red X on it and it will be down to 5% charge. What is that all about? This is the 2nd of three that has gone bonkers on me what to do?

I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they've already assisted you. If the steps that our team has provided did not work, please feel free to contact them back for further assistance.
