Charge 5 screen goes blank

Charge 5 screen goes blank unexpectedly and I have to connect to the charger for bringing back the screen. It happens more than 5 times a day. What to do?

Thank you for letting me know the difficulty experienced with the device.

Please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
