Charge 5 screen has popped out

My Charge 5 the screen has popped out   Of the base the seal has come out it’s still working but I can’t use it and no help re the contact centre

This is precisely what happened to me.  It is so wild.  

 

My husband also experienced the same with his Versa 3.  It seems the glass faces do not have a good adhesive.  He got less than a year out of his and I got right at one yr with mine. 

 

My Charge 2 is still going strong, meanwhile 🤦🏿‍:female_sign:
