After last update i can no longer read my Fitbit Charge 5, there are only horizontal lines it still vibrates and communicates with the app, tried resetting with power cable, and tried changing clock faces, also tried removing phone finder nothing seems to be working.

I have the same thing happening - just started about two hours ago. It is just about a year since I put this into service, any idea how I find if it's out of warranty?
