Charge 5 screen is black and unresponsive

• My Charge5 will charge, I can see that in the app on my phone. It will not respond to anything else. Black screen, no response when swiped & tapped. I see several similar posts. Has anyone actually gotten their Charge 5 to reset and come back like it was?

Meeee!!!  My Charge 5 came back to life yesterday! The sleep & heart rate data isn't working yet, but I have HOPE!!!

Thanks for letting us know that you were able to get your Charge 5 working again.

Regarding the heart rate & sleep data, do you see a green light on the back of your Charge 5? That's the heart rate sensor. If you don't see it, check the Settings menu on the Charge 5 and confirm that Heart Rate is turned on. It might have gotten turned off when it wasn't working right.

I keep having to plug it into it's charger for just a minute and then it works again.

i have the same problem with mine tried resetting many times which hasn't solved anything
