Charge 5 screen dark.
tried reset with charge cable and tried every option on you tube. Still have dark screen

Sorry to see that you are having issues with your Charge 5. Since you've already tried the troubleshooting steps and if your device is still under warranty, I recommend that you contact Fitbit support. They will probably walk you through the same troubleshooting steps that you've already done. Once they confirm that none of the troubleshooting steps returns your Charge 5 to normal operation & that it is still under warranty, they should send you an offer to replace the tracker/pebble or a discount on a different device. If your device is out of warranty, they usually offer a discount on a replacement. Note: the discount is on the full price, even if it's on sale in the Fitbit store.
