Hi there, @Momus12. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Charge 5.
Please restart your Charge 5 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

Hi @Momus12
Sorry to hear that your Charge 5 isn't working. Since you've already done the suggest troubleshooting steps without any success, I suggest you contact Fitbit Support. They will walk you through the same troubleshooting steps to confirm that your device is not working as it should. If your device is still under warranty, they should offer you a replacement tracker/pebble or a discount on a different device. If your Charge 5 is out of warranty, they should offer you a discount on a replacement. Note: the discount is on the full price, even if the device is on sale in the Fitbit store. Click here for Fitbit support
This is what I had to do when the screen on my Charge 5 became unresponsive. Happily, my replacement is working perfectly.
