After using the charge 5 for a few days I charged it and when I went to put it on the screen was grey and had lines going through it. I tried the charger reset I saw on you tube but it won’t restart. Still grey and nothing is displaying.

Hey there @LeenaM21 -- not sure what you saw on YouTube, but here's the restart process from Fitbit:

I that doesn't work, contact support or return to where you bought it and ask to exchange.
