Charge 5 screen is totally black

Good evening, the screen is completely black. I already cleaned the connectors; I did the process of restarting it and it is still black. I would like to know the step to follow, because I bought the watch in December 2022. 

I can see where there are various complaints about it being a manufacturing issue.

Sad to hear that your Charge 5 isn't working as expected. As you've already tried restarting your device without success, I'd suggest contacting Fitbit support for further assistance as your Charge 5 should be covered by Fitbit's warranty:
