I have a charge 5 for 7 months and the swipe right and left has stopped working. I have restarted it, and changed the clock face a few times with no improvement. I can't do a factory reset because the hold for 3 secs is not working also.
I think it needs to be replaced.
What do you suggest? Is it possible to Do a reset from the android phone app?
