Charge 5 screen not working

I have a charge 5 for 7 months and the swipe right and left has stopped working. I have restarted it, and  changed the clock face a few times with no improvement. I can't do a factory reset because the hold for 3 secs is not working also. 

I think it needs to be replaced.  

What do you suggest? Is it possible to Do a reset from the android phone app?

Sorry to see that you're having issues with navigating the screen on your Charge 5.

Since you've already tried the recommended troubleshooting steps, you should contact Fitbit support (<-- click link) to see what are your options under warranty.
