I've had the Charge 5 for about 1-2 months, and I've really been enjoying it. I received a Pixel 6 for Christmas so I needed to switch the Charge 5 over to that phone. During the process I ran into some problems syncing. The app suggested I reset the Charge 5 (by pressing the charger button 3 times). I did this, the screen went blank and everything stopped responding. I disconnected it and reconnected it, and the charger no longer vibrated like it does when it sees a connection to the Fitbit. I held down the charger button for 15 seconds like some of the forums suggested for a hard reset...same result. It is as if either the charger or the Fitbit is completely dead. The Fitbit still had 37% charge when I started this process, and after a couple days, there's still no sign of life even though it's been attached to the charger that whole time. Is there any way to recover it, or do I need a new one?

Hi @dbrainard try reaching out to customer support and they can help you. The chat option is said to be faster. https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US The Pixel 6 is my next phone, as I've seen some photos taken where they really can remove unwanted objects. Hope this works out for you.
