My brand new Charge display doesn't work by double tapping sliding up or down or side to side. I went through the restart procedures. I've done this restart 10 times already. All the display does is show a gif of a download and then tells me to download the app. I have downloaded the app. In fact, the app is telling me how many steps I am taking. Once the display goes to sleep, I cant get it to do anything except restart again, only for it to do the same thing
