Black screen after swimming in shallow resort pool in Thailand? Have tried resetting and it still vibrates and records data just no screen. Been couple of days now?

Hi there, @Romone. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your Charge 5's screen went blank after swimming. Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot your device prior to posting here, I'll do my best to keep helping you with this.

If your device got wet, it’s important to take it off and dry it well before putting it back on. On the other hand, if your device has come into contact with any liquid other than fresh water, you should clean it with fresh water and a soap-free cleanser and dry it with a lint free-cloth.

If you've done the above but to no avail, to better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

No tried changing clock, reset options, still no display so looks like a dead screen? Bit disappointing as first time I went swimming with this charge 5, I thought they were water proof? That was the main upgrade from charge 4.
