My fitbit charge 5 the screen is black with the outer edge being white and blue. It still tracks my steps and stuff but the screen doesn't work or respond. It Broke when is was at a water pack with water lock on and it the screen started the glitch so I took it out of water lock. It went black later on in the day and it has been broken for 3 month now

Hi there, @Bornlimedadog. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your Charge 5 screen went blank after getting wet. I'll do my best to help you with this.
To better assist you, would you mind clarifying what you mean by "it has been broken for 3 months now"? Are you still referring to the screen being blank? Is your Charge 5 physically damaged?
If your device got wet, it’s important to take it off and dry it well before putting it back on. On the other hand, if your device has come into contact with any liquid other than fresh water, you should clean it with fresh water and a soap-free cleanser and dry it with a lint free-cloth.
If you've done the above but to no avail, to better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
