Charge 5 screen went green

My Charge 5 got a green screen already tried resetting and factory reset both didnt help me either!

Hi, @Greg62 , another thing that might help is to try changing the clock face.  You do this in the app and the instructions are here .  If this solves your issue then you can return to the previous clock face if you prefer.

Sad to hear that you're having issues with your Charge 5.If even changing the clock face, as mentioned by @Julia_G , didn't fix that, I'd suggest contacting Fitbit support to get further assistance:
