Charge 5 screen will turn yellowish and the battery cannot hold a charge

This has happened recently and I've noticed that the battery will go from full to dead in less that 12hrs.

The screen will randomly be shaded in yellow and it will slowly faded back to normal. (you can still use the screen and see the details)

Edit: device has now gone fully black (the screen will not turn on)

Also the metal on the back of the device has fallen off.

Thanks for sharing that you've been having this inconvenience with your Charge 5 display and the metal piece that fell off.
