Charge 5 screen won't show anything else but my steps

For the past 2 days- my charge five will not show anything other than steps.  The reason I bought it was for sleep tracking and I’ve had this over a year and all of a sudden, it just dies.  It opens, it syncs- but I don’t know why because it doesn’t show any data!

Help!

Hi there, @Teresak105. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Charge 5.

 

Please check if your Charge 5 is not set on "Always-On" as this feature will only show you the time on the main screen all the time, unless you press the button of your watch to see other features and stats. If Always-On is enable, to exit this mode, swipe down from the clock face to access quick settings. Tap the Settings app > Display settings > Always-on display. Tap Always-on display to turn the setting on or off. To set the display to automatically turn off during certain hours, tap Off-hours. For more information, see How do I see the time on my Fitbit device?
