I've had my Charge 5 for around 18 months and now the screen won't turn on, but it's still tracking my steps etc. I've tried the reset option but all that happens is that the Fitbit logo appears for a second and then that's it.
I've also tried changing the clock face. When I do this, I can see the progress bar on my watch updating for about a minute or so, but then after that...nothing.
Is the watch done for? I contacted Fitbit but they said my watch is not under warranty (as I received it as a replacement for a Charge 4 which also stopped working for a different reason).

I've seen a few users report that they were able to get their Charge 5 back to working after doing multiple restarts. Most recently, a user was able to get her device working after doing restarts for 2 days. Although there's no guarantee that this will work for you, it might be worth a try to continue restarting and attempting to change the clock face.
