It was working last week and all of a sudden it stopped working. It'll still turn on when I double tap

Hello @emilmil 

 

Have you checked to see if it's still turned on?  Sometimes after an update or something, settings can change. Is the big blue Screen Wake button you see when you scroll down from the Clock Face screen still set to Auto?

 

If it looks grey, please check to make sure that Sleep Mode is Off as that can stop the Auto Wake from working.

 

I hope that helps a bit.
