my Charge 5 won't turn on when I move my wrist.  I've been through all of the settings and I the sleep dnd mode is on, sleep mode if off and screen wake is on "auto".

Thank you for sharing that you've been experiencing this inconvenience with your Charge 5 and the troubleshooting steps that you already tried. 

In this case, since you already checked the Do Not Disturb Mode and Sleep Mode are turned off and the Screen Wake feature is on, could you please also try to complete the restart procedure and check if you continue to experience the same problem?
