Last Thursday I went for a swim, and used my Charge 5 to track it.
The battery died mid swim, so I was unable to end the exercise tracking.
having recharged and turned my Fitbit back on, it keeps tracking the “swim” - currently at 50h 43m at time of typing - and won’t track any other data.
it’s not counting steps, monitoring heart rate. I can’t start another exercise. I can’t end the swim. It just tells the time and keeps tracking this swim.
Restarting it has done nothing. I think it also keeps entering water lock mode, as it is very hard to wake it from sleep.
Any help much appreciated.

Have you tried turning off your swim recording?
