I've used MyFitnessPal for years, and used to track activity (running, lifting etc.) with Google Fit. I found it a bit imprecise, it was overestimating my burned calories. I got the Charge 5 for more accurate readings. The Charge appears to track accurately, but only sends partial data to MFP. Today, for example, I ran for 33 minutes, burning about 375 calories. In the Fitbit app, I can see an estimate close to that. However, in MFP only 133 calories have been synced (I have no other connected apps, and do not have negative calorie adjustments). What's up with this? Is Fitbit withholding syncing data on purpose? Or is it just working badly?
