I've had my Charge 5 for about a month and it worked fine up until today. The other day I got a low battery alert and I put it on to charge overnight. This morning it was at 100%. I put it on and went to Water aerobics for about an hour. When I got home I got another low battery notice it was at 9% but when I put it on the charger it showed 23%. I took it off to check the connection and when I put it back on the screen is a brownish/yellow background with no graphics. I spoke with customer support which had me clean the connections on both the Fitbit & charger. I did that and there was no change. They also had me hit the reset button on the charger three times while the Fitbit was charging, still no change. Since that was all the troubleshooting tricks they had, I’m now having to return it. Anyone else have this problem?
