Holds a charge for less than 2 days. Stops working when battery at 60% charge. What’s up with that???

Greetings,
Within the past 3 days my fitbit's battery started draining really quickly. From a 100% charge it drops to nothing within a few hours. Before this, all the settings I was using were not a problem for the battery and a charge would last for days. Without me having done anything the battery now loses power really quickly.
So, is my fitbit's battery now nearing the end of its life? Or is this a firmware problem that fitibit still doesn't know how to solve? In the meantime, what should I do?
Thank you.

Hello @EricTheRed13 ,
When my Charge 5 started having rapid battery loss, I restarted and recharged my device multiple times over several days. As soon as I saw a rapid drop in battery, I restarted my Charge 5 and put it on the charger until it was back to 100%, often doing this multiple times in a day. Eventually, this process got my device "unstuck" and the battery went back to lasting 6-7 days. Although there's no guarantee that this will work for you, it might be worth a try.

Wenn ich fragen darf, wie alt ist Ihr Fitbit? Meine ist etwa 2,5 Jahre alt.
