I noticed that when I use any workout on the watch, like tennis, weighlifting... The heart rate starys to climb and stay high without any big effort. To fix it o had to reset the watch or restart... Very frustrating since I can not use now any exercise option... O wish i can bring back the recent firmware version. I dont know if anyone is having same issue.
Regarding battery life, it has improved by 20% maybe which is good have access to more clock options..

I'm having a similar problem after just getting the new update. I was sitting in a chair when I was congratulated for completing so many zone minutes of activity. Basically, after the update, my Charge 5, won't hold a charge for more than a few hours, will no longer register my heart rate at all, and therefore no sleep or any other information. It is suddenly worthless because of the update.

I've had similar issues, however I thought it was the fitbit itself. Throughout most of my day my heartrate is around the 140 to 160bpm, while I am not doing anything.

I’m still on firmware 188.58 and am having this issue. It records my heart rate much faster than it actually is, during exercise, and then it doesn’t stop recording my heart rate, even if I remove the Fitbit and set it on my desk. I have to restart the device to get it to behave properly.
