Charge 5 shows 9 active hours

My newly replaced Charge 5 is showing I completed all 9 of my hourly goals for the day, yet the app, which I keep syncing, only shows 5 of 9 hours. Which is right?

It also says I didn't get any sleep, what the heck is going on? I've only had this replacement one for a little over a month. I didn't have ANY problems with my last one till the battery died after a year and a half.
