Charge 5 shows error when using ECG app but records ECG that you can view

II use the ECG app on phone.  When finished it says that an error occurred but when I look at Discover on IOS app it gives me the results.  What is going on?

Hi, thanks for sharing the information about this error on the Fitbit app, @artw13. 

If you're getting this message on the app, please try the following steps and check if you continue to have the same problem: 

  • Log out from the app.
  • Clear Cache for the Fitbit app on your phone's settings (Settings > Apps > Fitbit app > Storage > Clear cache)
  • Restart your phone. 
  • Log back in to check if you're able to see the details. 
  • Try to set up your Charge 5 as a new device in your account if you're still having the same problem.
