So I got my charge 5 a few days ago
love it
GPS works fine
But it’s keep showing me the I am currently on my period (day 3 apparently)
As I have an XY chromosome it’s biologically impossible for me to menstruate
I did not add this option on the app
tried everything to remove it
tried adding and removing the option on the app
tried rebooting
tried factory resetting
nothing seems to work
can someone help with this

Is this your first Fitbit device. Can you check in your profile setup if you set your gender as female?
In the top left of the app, click your profile picture. Then click on the first option under your name (looks like a bowling ball with eyes) and is marked personal.
Should take you into a screen with all your details. Scroll down to where it says sex and you can change between Male or Female

Hi! Hoping you can help-similar situation, am female but don't have the plumbing for this any more! Second Fitbit but didn't set up on first either since had same situation then as well.

Investigating further under the Today section there was an Edit where I was able to remove.
