Charge 5 shut down and will not turn back on

Not sure the cause but my watch when back screen, started buzzing nonstop for about a minute and hasn’t worked since. I let it charge a full day and it hasn’t helped. Anyone have any ideas?

If this is related to the battery, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? 

If the device is charging, but the screen is completely black, make sure that you've also completed the restart procedure described here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
