Charge 5 sleep score and readiness score stopped populating

Fitbit app no longer populating sleep and readiness score as of three days ago. Spent last hour doing ALL the things and still no fix. Haven’t changed how I wear the band so that shouldn’t be the cause given I’ve received this info since I started the subscription. My premium subscription shows active in settings.

Looks like my hourly activity isn’t updating either.

Would you please be so kind as to give us a short summary of what you're already tried so that we don't recommend the same troubleshooting steps?

Also, do you see a green light on the back of the Charge 5? That's the heart rate sensor which is needed for sleep tracking.
