Charge 5 small clip on Fitbit came off

The small that keeps the band on came off while trying to change the band for a new one. It cannot be placed again as it's deformed and I have no way to find a replacement.

Sad to heat that you're having issues with your Charge 5. Concerning the small clip you've mentioned, I'd suggest contacting Fitbit support as there is no replacement to be purchased:
