I got the Charge 5 a few weeks ago and for the first couple of weeks everything was fine then the smart wake-up alarms stopped waking me up. I’m not really what’s going on as I’ve double checked all the settings and also restarted my device and everything looks fine. All other features are working normally it’s just this that is playing up. Any tips?

I appreciate the details that you've provided about this issue with your Charge 5.
I would like you to try removing your alarms and then restart your device again using the three pulse method with the charging cable. After that, please set them up again and then check if you continue to experience the same problem.
You can also try removing and setting up your Charge 5 as a new device if you're still experiencing this problem.
