Charge 5 some notifications not working

My Fitbit Charge 5 does not notify me of my WhatsApp or emails. It will notify me of texts and phone calls. I mainly use whatsapps

Hi, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums, @Embekah.  

Thank you for sharing this information about your Charge 5. 

You should be able to choose the apps that you'd like to receive notifications from on your app settings. Please make sure to follow the steps described in this article to set up notifications for Whatsapp and your e-mails. 

In addition, you can try disabling notifications completely and setting them up again. If you're still having trouble, try setting up your Charge 5 as a new device in your account.
