Charge 5 started sending me text notificaitons this week and I don't want it to.

When I set up my Charge 5 nine months ago I did not enable text and call notifications  because I didn't want fitbit to have access to my contacts. This week I started getting text notifications. I've tried everything that help and live chat has told me to do. Sometimes it stops for a while but then starts again. I check my notifications settings and it always says it's disabled. Fitbit chat help just told me to unpair and repair my device so I'll try that but I wanted to see if that's happened to anyone. I really never wanted fitbit to have access to my contacts, but I guess that's inevitable these days. I just don't understand why it would all of a sudden start doing this.

I had the same issue with texts on my Sense, it just started last week. I was able to enable and then disable the texts, and that has ceased text notifications. However, today I started receiving calendar meeting notifications. This seems every problematic.
