Has anybody else’s charge 5 just started to lose the battery very quickly?
it was 100% at bedtime I woke up to find it at 48%. I’ve tried resetting it and all the problem shooting ideas and still no change. Do I need to contact customer service?

Since yesterday by Charge5 battery is running out after only 2 hours from fully charged. I have switched off everything except my heart beat monitor. The item is only 12 months old and I've just paid to renew my premier subscription - any advice is very welcome
