My 5 has started acting up. It does not hold a charge for more then a day. It does not go blank screen when it not being used. It stays on a faint very light screen. What the heck is going on?!!!!!!
I've tried to do a restarted but I cannot even get to that screen. I've also tried the button on the cord and it doesn't work either.

Please make sure Always-on display is turned off. For instructions on how to navigate your Tracker, please visit this article.
In addition, you can change the clock face on your Fitbit device to see if the issue is resolved.
