Tried all the above steps but it looks like my Fitbit hasn’t synced since Feb 20. I deinstalled, restarted my iPhone, installed the app. My watch is fully charged and I am wearing it while typing this. Not sure what else to do. My watch says I have walked 13k today. My app says 0

I've moved your post to the Charge 5 board so we can keep the forums organized. Thanks for letting me know what steps you've tried so far, and I'm sorry you're having this inconvenience. To work on this together, what error message is displayed when trying to sync? Did you make sure to turn off other Bluetooth connections nearby?
