Charge 5 still don't sync to watch

Rebooting, logging out, clicking 3x and USB to restart watch, Force Stop app did not help with updating hourly steps, does not sync, and did not recognize exercises yesterday or today

Hi, I appreciate all the information that you've shared about the difficulty you're experiencing with your Charge 5, @Ana0607

 

Some users were experiencing issues to sync their Charge 5 a few days ago, but this problem has been resolved and you should now be able to sync as usual. 

 

I've also been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this and it seems they've provided you with some instructions. In this case, they will let you know how to proceed.

Thank you. It's fixed! It didn't get corrected the same day that I contacted support. The next morning it started working and previous day data were visible on my phone for example steps per hour and workouts for past 2 days. Steps were not 100% accurate but that's fine. I'm all set. Thank you
