My Charge 5, 18 months old with very light use, Has stopped completely, has a black screen. It does not sync with my cellphone, It has not been in water or any other noxious situation. Have tried resetting with the switch on the charger plug. I do not feel any vibration and it does not respond..... it is uncondtionally dead.

Best AnswerYes, alsowent through the proceedure of uninstalling the bluetooth connections from phone, uninstalling fitbit app from phone, reinstalling those, but nothing happened. My wife also has a Charge 5 purchased at the same time..... it has not missed a beat!!!, is going strong..
