My fitbit does work but doesn't count kilometers anymore since a few days. GPS and location are activated. Restart of fitbit and phone did not help. Thank you for your help.

I have the same problem. Kilometres counted up to last weekend and now either nothing or 3.38km, which is random!! Hope someone can help?

Hi - I too have this issue since wednesday evening - very frustrating cannot find any reason - it is counting my steps only

Sorry for the difficulty that you are having with this feature. Please note that our team is aware of the situation and is working on a solution to it.

Many users have now confirmed that they were able to fix it by entering the stride length themselves. It's worth a try until our team has worked on the solution.
