Charge 5 stopped giving a readiness score

After weeks of giving a score, my Fitbit has suddenly stopped providing a readiness score.

My premium membership is up to date. On my android phone, I have cleared the cache, removed and reinstalled the tile, removed and reinstalled the app.

Anything else I should be doing?

Hi, welcome back to the Fitbit Community forums, @DrJean @Jmicemcee

Thank you for sharing this information about the inconvenience you're experiencing with your Readiness score.

Your daily readiness score is based on data collected by your Fitbit device, could you please confirm if you've been getting, heart rate data, sleep data and Heart-rate variability (HRV)? In the meantime, please make sure of the following:

  • You must be a Fitbit Premium member using a compatible device. For a list of compatible devices, see Who can see a daily readiness score in the Fitbit app?
  • To receive your first daily readiness score, you must wear your Fitbit device 14 hours per day for at least 4 days and nights. To continue receiving a score, wear your device 4+ nights per week.
  • If you already received your first score, make sure you wear your device for at least 1 full day (during the day and to sleep at night), then check your score after you wake up in the morning. To see a daily readiness score, you must wear your Fitbit device for at least 14 hours.
  • Make sure the back of your device is in contact with your skin. The band should be snug but not constricting.
  • Most metrics require at least 3 hours of quality sleep. If you move a lot during your sleep or the sleep session is too short, you might not get a reading.

If you're still not receiving readiness score and you meet all the requirements mentioned earlier, please restart your device following these steps:

  1. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  2. Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times within 8 seconds, holding each press for about 1 second.
  3. Wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.
  4. If the device doesn’t restart, wait 15 seconds to try again.

Thanks for your reply.

With no further changes other than those mentioned in my original post, the readiness score is back and working again this morning.

And yes, I had been getting, heart rate, sleep and HRV data. And yes, I had met all the other requirements you list. Hopefully, it won't happen again.
