My Charge 5 has stopped measuring my heart rate for random hours during the day. Also while riding my Peloton it used to buzz and beep and let me know what zone I was in, but now it doesn’t register any heartbeat. It also no longer tracks mileage. I biked 8.8 miles on my ride yet my Fitbit said 0 miles. Today is the third time it says I have 0 hours of 250 steps on the app yet device on arm shows 9 of 11. Beyond disappointed in this Charge 5. I had high hopes when I upgraded from my Charge 3. Any other users having multiple issues? TIA
